• The outer part of the shorts is made from Flexlite fabric with some mechanical stretch. This ensures the shorts are a good fit & remain comfortable when making high step movements running up steep hills or negotiating obstacles.
• Flexlite is hard wearing, lightweight, breathable, & wind resistant with good moisture transfer. Hence perspiration is quickly wicked to the outside of the garment where it evaporates to give cooling and help regulate body temperature.
• Technical fine thread Powerlite knitted fabric is used for the inner short. This fabric grips your leg to provide support and has a high elastane content to give great stretch and recovery.
• A special wicking treatment ensures rapid perspiration removal when running long distances so moisture evaporates on the surface to provide cooling and the fabric dries quickly.
• Two non-bounce internal pockets, one on either side, which can be used for carrying the Ronhill Trail Fuel Bottles and/or your phone.
• There is a small hole in the fabric above each of these inner pockets which is for a wire to your headphones if you choose to put your phone in one of these pockets.
• Flat stretchable waist band with draw cord for a perfect fit.
• Reflective graphics and reflective trim aid road safety.
• Side splits ensure urestricted leg movement for optimum performance.
• A zipped security pocket in the centre back location is good for keys and valuables. Alternatively the stretch mesh fabric will expand to 600 ml to accomodate a lightweight packable jacket or gilet such as the Ronhill Quantum.
• A small key fob pocket is included inside the zipped security pocket.
• Two long elasticated micro mesh pockets, one either side of the centre rear pocket give easy access to gel shots which are great for long distance running.
• Two further mesh pockets are positioned either side of the gel shot pockets.
• Two handwarmer pockets are positioned at the sides.
• Two storage loops enable a waterproof jacket to be stored at the rear.
• Sizes range from S to XL.
• Inside leg length for the inner short is approximately 26cm (10 inch) and for the outer short its 13 cm (5 inch) for size M.

• Machine wash at 30C as for synthetic delicates;
• Wash dark colours seperately:
• Do not use bleach;
• Do not dry clean;
• Suggest you drip dry away from heat although tumble drying can be used on a low heat setting;
• Cool iron only and do not iron logos & reflective print graphics.
